Stork Technical Services is a world class, knowledge-based asset integrity management company dedicated to providing seamless performance to corporations in the chemical, oil & gas, power and other major industries.
Function : Product Line Director Pumps & Valves Services
Activities : Drive the overall growth and development of the product line;
- Initiate and coordinate investments, both in people and tools/ facilities;
- Manage cross-regional competence planning;
- Manage cross-regional resource planning;
- Initiate and coordinate product development programs, based on market needs;
- Provide back-up to key account teams and multi-disciplinary service offerings;
- Organize and chair international product line meetings and communication;
- Lead the product line location managers towards optimal operational performance and an ‘One Stork’ attitude.

2010  -  2011  Function : LPO Leader DMX
  Activities : The concept behind Lead Product Operations (LPO) and Secondary Product Operations (SPO) is to design a process to control the DMX product line manufactured by FSG to enable Flowserve to compete in the global marketplace.
- LPO certification and Maintenance.
- Certification Implementation for both LPO & SPO’s.
- Mark Management and Control by Product Coordination with FSG functions involved within the initiative.
- SPO identification and assessment including SPO certification.
- Coordination with LPO and SPO Engineering Teams for product design, development and industrialization.
- Coordination with LPO and SPO quality teams for consistency of product processes and procedures.

Challenges:

2008  -  2010  Function : Frontline Unit Manager
Activities : I directly manage 23 fte’s in the field of Project  Management, Engineering and Purchasing.
- Manage / direct Project Management teams to achieve operational performance for each project within their control.
- Drive the Business Unit plan for on time delivery, margin development, Sales, Operating Income, general Quality, Cash flow, reduction of operating Costs and Customer service levels.
- Budget, quality and lead time responsible for approximately 80 million Euro in Projects running in the department.
- Responsible for review and acceptance of contracts during Project definition phases.
- Conducting job interviews and hiring people on a regular basis to ensure team capacity for upcoming projects.
- Promote and develop C.I.P. culture within the BU.
- Ensure that the defined needs of both Customer and Corporation are translated into precise, quantified and measurable objectives to all personnel within the Department.

   Function : Project Buyer / Commodity Leader Subcontracting
   Activities : I pro-actively controlled the entire supply chain in the
  broadest sense.
- The purchase and sub-contracting of mechanical
parts for automotive production tools/machines.
- Sub-contracting entire machines / tooling’s (after supplier development).
- The logistical guidance of the sub-contracting, from drawing to final assembly.
